Discovery Call & Design Brief
Once you confirm, we schedule a short 20–30 minute call to go through your garment in detail. We cover: construction method, fabric preferences, sizing, branding placement, colourways and any special features.
This step ensures we capture every detail before we start — saving revision rounds later.
Technical Flat Sketches Created
Our fashion designers create professional technical flat sketches of your garment in Adobe Illustrator — front view, back view, and any detail views required (pocket close-ups, stitching details, label placement, etc.).
We share a sketch preview with you for approval before building the full spec sheet — so you can confirm the design direction before we go deeper.
Full Tech Pack Compiled
With approved sketches in place, we build the complete tech pack document. This includes the full spec sheet with all measurements and tolerances, size grading across your chosen size run, bill of materials (BOM) with every component listed, Pantone colour references, fabric & trim specifications, print and embroidery artwork placement, and care label requirements.
The result is a single, comprehensive PDF document your manufacturer can follow from day one — with zero guesswork.
Review, Revise & Final Delivery
You receive your complete tech pack and review every detail. If anything needs adjusting — measurements, fabric notes, construction details — just let us know and we revise. Unlimited revision rounds are included at no extra charge.
Once you’re happy, we deliver the final factory-ready tech pack as a PDF, editable Adobe Illustrator file, and an Excel BOM. You’re ready to go to any manufacturer in the world.

What to Prepare for Your Brief
You don’t need much to get started — here’s what helps us create the best tech pack for you.
Design Sketch or Reference
A hand sketch, digital drawing, photo of an existing garment, or Pinterest reference. Any quality works — we do the rest.

Which size range you need (XS–XL, S–3XL, EU sizing, US sizing etc.). If you don’t know, we can advise on standard size charts.
