Performance & athleisure

Activewear

Compression leggings, sports bras, running shorts and training tops. The category lives or dies on stretch recovery and seam comfort — so we cut on performance knits and close with flatlock and coverstitch rather than plain overlock.

Drops & heavyweight basics

Streetwear

Hoodies, heavyweight tees, cargos and boxy crews. Weight and hand-feel are the product, so we spec GSM tightly, pre-shrink and pay real attention to print and embroidery placement on the finished body.

Fully-fashioned & cut-and-sew

Knitwear

Sweaters, cardigans, knitted dresses and accessories. Programmed on flat-bed machines by gauge, with linking and washing done in-house — the two stages that decide whether a sweater holds its shape after wear.

Fine cut-and-sew

Swimwear & Lingerie

Bikinis, one-pieces, bralettes and briefs. The tightest tolerances we work to: a few millimetres on an elastic changes the fit entirely, so grading and elastic tension are locked at sample stage and never improvised in bulk.

Wash & finishing led

Denim

Jeans, jackets and skirts in rigid or stretch denim. The sewing is the easy half — the wash recipe, hardware and finishing are where denim is won, so we build a wash standard with you and match every bulk batch back to it.

Childrenswear

Baby grows, kids' sets, tees and outerwear. Everything is built around safety rules rather than added after: no loose cords, pull-tested snaps, soft flat seams and trims chosen for the age band you're selling into.

Lead times run from approved tech pack and confirmed fabric, and exclude shipping. Complex trims, custom fabric development or lab-dip approvals can extend bulk by 1–2 weeks — your quote states the committed dates.

Plenty do — an athleisure hoodie touches both activewear and streetwear. Tell us the piece and we'll route it to the line best equipped for its fabric and construction; you don't need to pick a category yourself.
Yes, for most categories, and you can split that across colours. Some fine-gauge knitwear programmes and heavily developed fabrics carry a higher minimum because the mill sets it — your quote always states the real number before you commit.
Yes. Most brands run tees, fleece and knit in one range. Production is coordinated across lines under a single project manager, with one set of dates and one point of contact.
They're the ranges we hit in normal conditions, counted from approved tech pack and confirmed fabric. Custom fabric development, lab dips and peak season push them out — we'd rather quote you a longer honest date than miss a shorter one.
Yes — our tech pack team builds category-correct specs, and the same file carries into sampling and bulk so nothing is re-created between stages.
Send it anyway. We take on wovens, outerwear, accessories and workwear regularly, and if it genuinely isn't a fit for our lines we'll say so rather than waste your development time.
