Why low MOQ

Launch without betting the brand

High minimums force new brands to over-produce and tie up cash in unsold stock. A 50-piece MOQ lets you test, learn and reinvest in what actually sells.

How it works

From tech pack to a 50-piece run

The same full-package process as our bulk manufacturing — sourcing, sampling, production and QC — just run at a size that suits a launch.

Step 1

Tech pack & quote

Send your pack; we quote per-piece cost at 50 and higher tiers.

Step 2

Source

We source fabric and trims, flagging any low-MOQ fabric minimums.

Step 3

Sample

Approve a proto and PPS before the run — same as any order.

Step 4

Produce & QC

Cut, sew and 100% inspect your 50-piece run.

Step 5

Ship & reorder

We ship DDP; reorder winners in 2–4 weeks.

Pricing

Price per piece drops as you scale

Low MOQ carries a modest per-piece premium — the trade-off for not over-producing. Indicative for a mid-weight tee; your quote depends on garment and fabric.

Low MOQ vs. the alternatives

High-MOQ factories are cheaper per piece but force over-production; print-on-demand is flexible but caps quality and margin. Low-MOQ full-package sits in between.

Low-MOQ FAQ

Common questions

Yes — 50 pieces per style is our standard low-MOQ minimum for most garments, and you can mix sizes within that 50. Some specialist fabrics carry their own roll minimum, which we'll always flag on your quote before you commit.
Fixed costs — pattern setup, marker making, machine set-up and fabric minimums — are spread across fewer units at 50 pieces than at 500. The per-piece price drops steadily as quantity rises, which is why reordering winners is so cost-effective.
You can mix sizes freely within a style's 50-piece minimum. Separate colourways usually count as separate styles for MOQ, since each needs its own fabric and set-up, but we'll confirm the exact split on your quote.
Reorders of an already-sampled style typically ship in 2–4 weeks, since the pattern, fit and materials are already established. New styles follow the standard sample-then-bulk timeline.
Yes — low-MOQ runs are made on the same lines, by the same team, to the same full-package standard, with 100% inspection. The only difference is quantity, not quality.
That's the whole point. Once a style proves out you scale it up on the same line with the same approved sample as reference — no re-sampling, no switching suppliers, no quality drift as you grow.
