Most "custom" headwear is a stock cap with your logo embroidered on it. Bespoke is different: we start from your tech pack (or build one with you) and engineer the whole cap — crown height, panel count, brim curve, closure, fabric weight and every stitch — so the finished piece is genuinely yours. If you can spec it or sketch it, we can make it.
It's the right route when a standard style doesn't carry your brand: an unusual silhouette, a specific fabric, a construction detail that has to be exact, or a collection that needs to feel considered rather than blank.
