StarterStandard wholesale

0–250 units per quarter. Base wholesale price.

Payment terms

Starter: upfront. Growth: net-30. Volume: net-45 or quarterly invoicing.

Credit limit

Starter: £2,500. Growth: £10k. Volume: £25k+ or by agreement.

Shipping

Free UK over £500. EU 5-7 days. USA 7-10 days. Express options available across tiers.

Returns

14-day window for defective goods at all tiers. Volume tier: pre-paid return label included.

Pre-release access

Growth + Volume: see new SKUs 2 weeks before public release. Lock in stock early.

Account manager

Growth + Volume: dedicated AM. Starter: shared support inbox.

How quickly can I move up a tier?+

Tier is calculated quarterly based on volume. Hit 250 units in a quarter and the next quarter you're on Growth pricing.

What if I drop below threshold one quarter?+

We'll keep you at your current tier for a 1-quarter grace period. After that, we may move you down — but we always communicate first.

Can I negotiate Volume tier terms?+

Yes. Volume tier (1,000+ units/quarter) is partly negotiable on credit limit, payment terms, and exclusive colorway options.

Do you offer drop-ship?+

Not currently. We ship case-pack to your warehouse, not per-order to consumers. Drop-ship is on our roadmap for late 2026.
