Choose from our existing block patterns and fabrics, then add your woven label, care label, hangtag and packaging. No tech pack needed, no sampling round — you approve a labelled sample and we run it.

Everything a new brand needs to get one style from sketch to sellable stock — priced as one project instead of four invoices.
The single biggest lever. Organic certified cotton runs 20–35% above standard; Italian technical knits can double a garment cost.
Fabric is bought by the roll and dyed by the batch. Three colours at 50 pieces costs more per piece than 150 in one.
Every extra seam, pocket, zip or bound edge is machine minutes. A lined jacket takes eight times a tee.
Custom hardware, garment dye, enzyme wash, embroidery and woven labels each add per-piece cost and lead time.
