Foam or twill front, breathable mesh back, snap closure. The most print-friendly cap in the category, and the easiest to make feel deliberately retro.
Developed to your spec, not decorated off a shelf. Tech pack and physical sample included before production.
Tap a marker on the cap, or a line in the list. Each of these sits on your tech pack rather than being a factory default.
Truckers are cheap to make badly. Four decisions separate a proper cap from a blank with a logo on it.

Open mesh reads authentically retro and moves real air. A fine gauge reads premium and modern but trades some breathability. We will show you both on the same sample body so you are choosing between two things you can hold.

Too soft and a screen print dimples across the panel. Too hard and the cap feels like promotional stock. We set the foam density against the decoration you have chosen, then confirm it on the sample rather than assuming.

A foam front takes large screen prints and sublimation beautifully. Dense embroidery on foam pulls the panel, so when you want stitch we move the front to twill. Same silhouette, different substrate, correct result.

A braided rope across the brim instantly signals outdoor or resort. A custom snap, contrast taping or a woven label under the brim does the same job quietly. These cost very little and are what buyers actually notice in hand.
Same family, different product. We can sample two side by side before you commit to either.

Foam front, open mesh back, flat brim. Maximum retro, maximum print area.

Cotton twill front holds dense stitch, mesh back keeps the breathability.

Braided rope across the brim — the outdoor and resort read.

Recycled polyester mesh and organic twill front, woven patch decoration.
Also buildable low-profile with a shorter crown, or in a fine mesh gauge for a more premium finish. Ask us to sample two side by side →
The base material decides how the cap holds shape, how it prints, and how long it lasts. Physical swatches available on request.
Foam for print, twill for stitch. Corduroy and ripstop for seasonal or technical ranges.
Mesh gauge sets the character of the cap. Recycled mesh performs the same as virgin polyester here.
Not every technique works on every construction. These are the ones we recommend on a trucker.

Largest usable print area in headwear. Best on a foam front.

Clean edges, dimensional feel, consistent unit to unit.

Raised letterforms on twill. The classic trucker look.

Under-brim labels, custom snaps, contrast taping.
