Smooth 150–200gsm combed ringspun cotton — soft, even print surface.
Heavyweight Jersey
220–260gsm dense jersey for structure and a premium hand.
Organic Cotton
GOTS-certified organic and GRS recycled blends on request.
Pique (Polos)
Classic cotton and cotton/poly pique for breathable, structured polos.
Finished like a premium blank
Side-seamed construction for a clean drape, double-needle hems, taped neck and shoulder seams, and ribbed collars with good recovery. Custom woven necklabels or printed tagless branding, plus garment dye, pigment dye and washes for a lived-in finish. Decoration in-house: screen print, DTG, high-density and puff print, plus embroidery. We spec it all in your tech pack before bulk so the blank comes back exactly as intended.

What fabric weights (GSM) can you produce?
From lightweight 140gsm up to heavyweight 260gsm jersey. Classic tees sit around 150–180gsm; boxy heavyweight tees around 220–260gsm.
Do you offer blanks, or full custom cut-and-sew?
Full custom cut-and-sew to your pattern and spec — fabric, fit, construction and branding are all yours, not a re-labelled stock blank.
Can you garment-dye the tees?
Yes — garment dye, pigment dye and washes are available for a soft, lived-in finish. Dye lots vary slightly, which we account for.
Which print methods do you offer?
Screen print, DTG, high-density and puff print, plus flat embroidery — chosen to suit your artwork and fabric.
Can you add custom neck labels or go tagless?
Yes — woven or printed necklabels, heat-transfer tags, or fully tagless printed branding.
