How quickly will you reply?

What if I don't have a tech pack?

Send what you have — sketches, reference images, or a description. We'll either quote against it or recommend tech pack first.

Do you do free samples?

No. Sample fees start at £180 and credit against your bulk order. Free samples are usually a sign of low-margin manufacturing.

What payment terms?

First order: 30/70 deposit-balance. Subsequent: Net 30 standard, Net 60 for established accounts.

Will you sign an NDA?

Yes. Mutual NDAs are standard practice. Send yours or use ours.
