GOTS organic cotton and GRS recycled blends. Same hand, lower footprint.
Built to survive the wash
Double-needle stitching at stress seams, ribbed cuffs and hem with good recovery, bar-tacked pocket corners and herringbone neck tape. Metal or self-fabric eyelets, custom drawcords and tipping to your spec. Decoration done in-house: screen print, puff and HD print, DTG, and flat or 3D embroidery — plus woven labels, heat-transfer tags and custom necklabels. We work with your tech pack (or build one with you) so construction is right before bulk.

Hoodie manufacturing FAQs
What fleece weights (GSM) can you produce?
From lightweight 240gsm French terry up to heavyweight 480gsm loopback fleece. Most premium streetwear hoodies land around 380–450gsm; we will recommend a weight for your target feel and price.
Can you do puff print and embroidery?
Yes — screen print, high-density and puff print, DTG, and flat or 3D embroidery are all done in-house, along with woven patches and custom labels.
What zips do you use on zip-up hoodies?
YKK as standard, with custom metal or moulded zips available, plus zip-guards and reinforced tape for durability.
Can you garment-dye or wash the hoodies?
Yes — garment dye, pigment dye, stone and enzyme washes are available for a lived-in, vintage finish. Note dye lots can vary slightly, which we account for in grading.
Do you handle oversized fits and full size grading?
Yes. We grade across your full size run from your measurements, including boxy and oversized blocks with dropped shoulders.
