Reversible, quilted, nylon, terry or twill. The most fabric-led hat in the category — and the best canvas for all-over print.
A bucket hat is almost entirely about the fabric and the brim. Change the brim width and angle and you move from festival to resort to workwear without touching anything else. Because the crown is a soft sewn construction rather than a fused panel, it takes all-over prints, quilting and reversible builds that no cap can. It is also the easiest style to make look limp — so we spec the interlining and topstitching to hold the brim where you want it.
Every one of these is a decision on your tech pack, not a factory default.
Same family, different product. We can sample two side by side before you commit.
Cotton twill, 6cm downturned brim. The reference shape.
Contrast fabric inside so one hat reads as two.
Padded and quilted nylon for autumn and winter drops.
Soft terry for resort, swim and festival ranges.
The base material decides how the piece holds shape and how long it lasts.
Not every technique works on every construction. These are the ones we recommend here.
Width, angle and topstitch row count decide whether it reads festival, resort or workwear. All three are specced, not assumed.
A true reversible hat needs both faces finished cleanly and the label placed so it works either way round — a detail most suppliers get wrong.
Soft panel construction means full sublimation across the whole hat, which no structured cap can do.
Two-size runs fit better than one-size. If you need one-size, we add an internal drawcord rather than hoping.
The same transparent path we run for every headwear project.
