Flat-lock seams for compression and chafe-free wear. Gusset construction for movement. Bonded seams where structure matters.

Silicone grippers, reflective tape, ventilation mesh, padded pocket inserts — all spec'd to your design. We work closely with our activewear tech pack team to ensure construction is right for the use case.

Yes. Full-coverage sublimation on polyester bases. We spec print file format, color profile, registration tolerance.

What about chlorine-resistant fabrics?+

For swim/activewear crossover (e.g., aquafitness), yes — chlorine-resistant blends (80% poly / 20% Lycra Xtra Life).

Sports bra padding pocket spec?+

Yes. We spec pocket opening type, internal pad dimensions, removable vs sewn-in.

Can you handle compression weight callouts?+

Yes — gsm + stretch % per zone. We can guide on appropriate weights for your use case.

Flat-lock vs cover-stitch — which do you use?+

Both, depending on construction. Flat-lock for compression joins, cover-stitch for flat hem finish.
