Decoration done in-house
3D puff and flat embroidery, woven and leather patches, screen and sublimation print, and heat-applied badges — all produced in-house to your artwork. Closures to spec: metal buckle, snapback, Velcro or elastic. Custom sweatbands, taping, under-visor print, woven labels and Pantone colour matching across panels. Send your artwork or we build the spec with you before sampling.

What is the minimum order per style and colour?
50 pieces per style is our standard minimum. Multiple colourways are possible within a style; we will confirm the per-colour split when we quote.
Embroidery or woven patch — which should I choose?
Flat embroidery suits detailed logos, 3D puff gives a raised premium look, and woven or leather patches work well on trucker and dad caps. We can proof more than one method on your sample.
Can you do both structured and unstructured caps?
Yes — structured (buckram front, high profile) and unstructured (soft, low profile) are both standard, across 5- and 6-panel blocks.
What closures are available?
Metal buckle with slide, snapback, Velcro, elastic and fitted — specified per style.
Can you match a specific Pantone colour?
Yes, we colour-match panels, thread and trims to your Pantone references, confirmed on the pre-production sample.
