Our Guarantee: We guarantee that all garments will match the approved tech packs and physical samples within industry-standard tolerances.
Refunds & Replacements:
Custom Production: Because items are made to your specific branding, we do not offer refunds for “change of mind” or style preference once production has started.
Defective Items: We maintain a <2% defect rate. If you receive items with manufacturing defects (holes, incorrect stitching, major stains) that exceed 2% of your total order, we will issue a pro-rata refund or credit for those specific items.
The 7-Day Inspection Window: You must report any quality discrepancies within 7 business days of receiving your shipment. Claims made after this period will not be accepted.
Sample Policy: Sample fees are non-refundable as they cover the cost of pattern making, fabric sourcing, and labor. However, for bulk orders exceeding 300 units, the cost of the initial sample is often credited back to your final invoice.

3. International Data Transfers: As a Denmark-based company, we comply with GDPR standards. Your data may be shared with our partnered factories in China or Bangladesh solely for the purpose of fulfilling your production (e.g., sharing your logo file for printing).
4. Data Security: We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your intellectual property and personal details. Design files are stored on secure servers and only shared with necessary production staff.
