3D Design & Digital Sampling

See it before you cut a single yard.

Photorealistic 3D garment samples with true fabric drape, stitch detail and colorways — perfected on screen, then carried straight into production. Fewer physical rounds, faster approvals, less waste.

What we create in 3D

Digital twins accurate enough to approve fit, drape and color before a single physical sample is cut — and every file is production-ready.

How it works

From sketch to signed-off render

Roughly a week to a production-ready 3D sample, with digital revisions that cost nothing in fabric or freight.

Step 1

Brief & pattern

Send sketches, a tech pack or reference; we build the base pattern.

Step 2

Digitize fabric

Match or scan your fabric into a physically-accurate material.

Step 3

Simulate & drape

Stitch the 3D garment and simulate fit on a graded avatar.

Step 4

Review revisions

Iterate colorways, trims and fit — all digital, all free.

Step 5

Render & handoff

Final 4K renders plus a production-linked file for sampling.

Pricing

Priced per style, not per revision

Where it pays off

What brands use 3D for

01

Pre-selling

Show buyers photoreal renders and take orders before committing to bulk fabric.

02

Fit approval

Resolve fit and drape digitally to cut physical sample rounds by more than half.

03

E-commerce

Populate product pages and campaigns with renders before stock lands.

Design more, waste less

Every revision that happens on screen is fabric that never gets cut, sampled or shipped. Digital-first development slashes the footprint of your development cycle.

3D sampling vs. the old way

Traditional physical-first development means weeks of shipping and cut fabric per round. Digital-first flips that.

3D Design FAQ

Common questions

Very — we simulate real cloth physics using scanned or measured fabric properties (weight, stretch, drape, sheen). Renders are close enough to sign off colorways, trims and overall fit before any physical sample is made.
For most decisions, yes — but we always recommend at least one physical pre-production sample to confirm hand-feel and construction. 3D typically removes the first two or three fit rounds, not the final confirmation.
A sketch, tech pack or reference garment, plus fabric details or swatches. The more spec you provide, the faster and more accurate the first render — a tech pack is ideal but not required.
4K still renders, a 360° turntable MP4, and the source 3D file. Collection packages add look-book layouts and production-linked patterns that carry straight into sampling.
Primarily CLO3D and Browzwear for garment simulation, with Substance for physically-based materials. Files export in standard formats (U3M, OBJ, GLB) for your own team or platforms.
Yes — that's the point. The pattern and spec built for the 3D sample become the basis for your tech pack and physical sampling, so nothing is re-created from scratch when you move to manufacturing.
