Safety compliance

CPSIA (US), REACH (EU), AS/NZS safety standards. No drawcords on hoods 0-7 years, lead-free hardware, tracking labels.

Size grading

0-12mo, 12-24mo, 2T-5T, 6-12yrs. Each age group has different POM curves — we maintain age-specific grade libraries.

Tagless construction

Heat-transfer label spec, soft seam construction, low-stim fabrics for sensitive skin.

Closure spec

Snaps (KAM, prong size), magnetic closures, tagless zips, easy-on shoulder openings for infants.

Age grade-out — what age ranges?+

Standard: 0-12mo, 12-24mo, 2T-5T, 6-12yr. We can also do 14yr+ tween/teen ranges on request.

Snap spec — KAM or prong?+

Both. KAM (plastic) for infant/toddler skin contact, prong (metal) for older kids/durability. We spec size, finish, brand.

Tagless construction — what factories support it?+

Most modern Tier-1 factories. We spec heat-transfer label position, ink, durability standard, and care info.
