THE BRAND

Hackney-based streetwear with a drop-only model

London-based 3-person streetwear team. Drop-only model — no permanent line, no stockists. Limited runs of heavyweight hoodies, oversized tees, and joggers, dropped monthly to an email list.

Came to us with one hoodie sample, garment-dyed, no tech pack. Goal: lock in a reusable spec so drop-to-drop swaps are color + print only, not new fits each time.

WHAT WE DID

Built a streetwear template, then ran 6 drops on it

Step 1

Drop 0: Lock the spec

Built reusable tech pack — heavyweight hoodie + oversized tee + joggers, all in 320–380gsm fleece. Fit-block library locked. 4 weeks.

Step 2

Drop 1: First production

50 units hoodie, garment-dyed olive. Custom hangtag, woven label. 6 weeks PO to delivered.

Step 3

Drops 2–4: Reuse spec, swap art

Same fit, new colors/prints. Lead time: 2–3 weeks. 100–150 units per drop. 30% cheaper than Drop 1.

Step 4

Drops 5–6: Expand to joggers

Added joggers to the template. Hoodie + jogger combo drops. 200 units total per drop.

Same Fabrickly PM since Drop 0. Lead time from PO to bulk: 2–3 weeks. Reorder cost per unit: 30% lower than first drop. Brand now planning to scale to 500 units per drop.
