Bonded seams

No-chafe internal finish. Clean look, comfortable wear.

Required for swim. Mesh or poly lining attached with bonded seams.

Picot edge, FOE, plush-back. Width + grade specced per location.

FIT-CRITICAL

Fit iteration is standard

Swim is the most fit-critical category we work in. Expect 2–3 sample iterations as standard. We help you tune fit before bulk — far better than committing to 1,000 units with a bad cup grade.

Custom tier recommended for new swim brands due to fit complexity. Builds a long-term fit-block library you can reuse.

How fit-critical is swim manufacturing?+

Very. Cup grade, band size, leg-line — all need careful spec. We bake 2–3 fit iterations into our Custom tier as standard.

Chlorine-resistant fabrics — do you source them?+

Yes. Carvico, Eurojersey, and equivalents. Spec by fiber blend (e.g., 80% poly / 20% Lycra Xtra Life).

Bonded vs sewn seams for swim?+

Bonded for the inside-facing clean finish (no chafe). Sewn (flat-lock) for structural seams. We spec which per location.

Underwire / cup spec?+

Yes — wire type, channel construction, padded cup vs molded foam, hook-eye. Detailed in Custom tier.

Can you do swim + lingerie cross-overs?+

Yes. Bralette-style swim, lingerie-look swim are common. Same technical approach.
