WHAT WE WON'T CLAIM

Where we draw the line

We will not claim to be net-zero. We will not buy carbon offsets and call it neutrality. We will not greenwash a brand or hide a supplier in a "preferred supplier" footnote. We measure, we report, we improve. If you need more rigor than we've got — buy from someone who genuinely has it.

FAQ

Sustainability questions

Are you carbon-neutral?+

No, and we don't claim to be. We measure our scope-1 and scope-2 emissions and report year-on-year reductions. We do not buy offsets to claim neutrality.

Do you offer GOTS organic cotton?+

GOTS organic cotton is sourced via OEKO-TEX 100 certified mills today. Our Dhaka facility is in the GOTS-certification pipeline for end-2026. We can route GOTS orders through certified partner facilities now.

Can I get a per-order carbon report?+

On request. Pro+ tier clients can get an estimated per-order carbon report based on style weight, materials, and shipping mode. (Note: estimate, not third-party verified.)

Recycled content options?+

Yes. GRS-certified recycled polyester (rPET), recycled cotton, recycled nylon options available. Min 30% recycled content on most blends.

Water reuse — at what scale?+

Currently 38% reuse at Dhaka facility (water for dye-house pre-rinse). Goal: 70% by 2027.

How do I verify your claims?+

Audit certificates (Sedex SMETA, BSCI, OEKO-TEX) are downloadable on request. Reach out via /contact/ and we'll send the most recent audit reports.
