WHY NOT JUST USE STANDARD MFG?

Standard manufacturers don't love 50-unit orders

Standard manufacturers (Tier-1, low-cost-per-unit) prefer 500+ unit runs. They'll take your 50-unit order but charge you per-unit penalty (£15+ unit instead of £6). Some won't take it at all.

Specialist small-batch manufacturers eliminate the penalty by structuring their business around it: shared production runs across multiple brands, stocked common fabrics, standardized fit blocks, fast tech pack handoff. Same Tier-1 quality, no per-unit punishment.

How is "small batch" different from "low MOQ"?+

Some "low MOQ" specialists charge per-unit penalty for short runs. Small-batch manufacturers like us structure the business around 50-500 unit orders — same per-unit cost as larger runs. No penalty.

Do you use the same factories as standard manufacturing?+

Yes. Same Tier-1 facilities (Sedex SMETA + BSCI audited) in Dhaka and Shanghai. Different production line scheduling — shared runs across multiple brands.

Lead times for small batch?+

6-8 weeks from PO to bulk shipped. Same as standard manufacturing. Repeat orders: 3-4 weeks.

When should I move from small-batch to standard?+

At ~500+ units per style per order. Below that, small-batch is the same per-unit cost. Above 500, standard manufacturing scales more efficiently.

Can I do multi-style small-batch?+

Yes. 5 styles × 50 units each is our sweet spot. We bundle across styles to share fabric runs + factory floor time.

Launch with 50 units. Scale with confidence.

Same Tier-1 factories. No per-unit penalty. 6-week lead time.
