Weeks 1–2: Tech pack

We built 5 tech packs (£549 each, Pro tier). Spec'd compression fabric, flat-lock seams, gusset construction.

Weeks 3–4: Sample

First fit sample. 2 iterations to dial in compression and gusset placement. Customer approved fit.

Weeks 5–7: Fabric sourcing + PP sample

Sourced 4-way stretch 240gsm performance jersey. PP sample sewn. Final approval.

Weeks 8–12: Bulk

200 units (5 styles × 40 units). 4-stage QC. Direct-to-fulfillment Brooklyn 3PL.

Sold out in 6 weeks. Reordered 800 units.

First 200 units sold through DTC in 6 weeks. Brand reordered 800 units (4× the first run) within 8 weeks of launch.
